Fees for 2010:

14s…………….$240
16s…………….$240
17s…………….$240
Elite 17's...........$2,000 (estimate, $240 downpayment due by tryout date)
Fees are based after a $90 credit given for working at the 2010 Hutchinson Tiger Jam Tournament.
If you choose not to volunteer, please add $90 to the fee listed.

Registration Forms for 2010:
There are 5 forms: 1 to read and 4 to complete with signatures.
These, along with the appropriate registration fee, need to be returned to Hutchinson JO. Printable forms can be found at the bottom of this page which can be filled out ahead of time if you wish. Forms and payment can be turned in on registration night, mailed in and received by November 16, 2009, or at team placement day (cash payment of fees required for this option):
1. NCR (North Country Region) 2010 Individual Membership Form
a. Player signs form in 2 places (must read the code of conduct before signing)
b. Parent signs form in 2 places if player is under 18
2. Philosophies/Code of Conduct Form (found on page 2 of the NCR membership form below)
a. Parent and Player must read the information provided on the form and player must sign where indicated on
the Membership form mention in #1.
3. 2010 Players Medical History & Release Form
a. Must have insurance co. name & primary group/policy #
b. Players sign in 1 place. Parents sign this form in 2 places if player is under 18
4. Refund Policy
a. Please read, sign, and turn in one copy to the JO association.
5. NSF Policy
a. Please read, sign, and turn in one copy to the JO association.
The deadline for the completed forms and fees will be November 16, 2009.
