$100 ENTRY FEE PER TEAM FOR EACH TOURNAMENT

Mulitiple teams for specific age group may be listed together on this form if the contact person is the same

Tournament Information:
→ Pool play will be followed by upper and lower playoffs
→ All matches will be played at
Hutchinson Recreation Center
900 Harrington St SW
Hutchinson, MN 55350
→ $100 entry fee per team
→ Please bring your own volleyballs for warm up. The 12's division will be using volleylite balls.
→ Concessions will be available - NO COOLERS, PLEASE
→ Confirmation emails will be sent to contacts when registration and payment are received
→ Tournament schedule will be posted at this site and emailed to team contacts about a week
before the tournament.
